British Motor Museum meet Season Opener 5th April 2025

EVENT NOW CLOSED

Come and join us for our 2025 Season Opener at The British Motor Museum, Gaydon. The Club have an exclusive deal.

Cost £23.75 per person including reserved display parking, discounted museum entry and executive buffet lunch.

 

A Breakfast pre meet will also be held at Gilks Garage Cafe prior to the event from 09:00 – 10:30

 

PLEASE NOTE THE COST OF YOUR BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE & BREAKFAST IS LIMITED TO 40 DINERS.

Custard Run (Scottish Edition) 2nd May – 5th May 2025

The event will start in the Stirling area at Stirling Services at the junction of the M80/M9  on 3rd May 2025, we will then head North to Glenturret Distillery. From there we will head to Tyndrum, Inverary then down the Kyle of Bute to the Ferry Terminal at Colintraive for a Short crossing to The Isle of Bute. When on Bute it is a short 15 minute drive down to the Glenburn Hotel for our overnight stay

Welsh Highlander Tour 6th – 8th June 2025

A weekend tour starting with gathering the night before on the 6th June at Rossett Hall Hotel near Oswestry. Start Saturday 7th June 9.30ish drive from Oswestry area to just North of Bala Lake over mountain pass.  Restart drive over Bala to Ffestiniog road, then drop down to Porthmadog. Lunch and car parking at the Welsh Highland Railway before a trip on the little train from Porthmadog to Beddgelert, The trip on the train is up the beautiful Glaslyn pass following the river most of the way. Then adjourn to our hotel  The Bron Eifon at Criccieth and club dinner later in the evening. Sunday Leave around 10.00 drive to Blanau Ffestiniog then along the Crimea pass to Betws y Coed – onto the EVO triangle, stopping at Llyn Brenig Visitor centre for lunch,

This is the Club’s signature event, National Meet and a fantastic day out for all the family, please do your best to attend.
For the 6th year we are  organizing a trip to Simply Mercedes Day at Beaulieu in the New Forest
Like last year a club stand will be booked, can we get more than the 60 cars last year

In honour of the previous organiser Pippen McGrath I would like to introduce you to  Pippen’s Run 2025 Norn Iron Coastal Run & Inishowen 100 Donegal 16th & 17th August 2025

Newcastle Co. Down to Coleraine covering one of the worlds most beautiful coastal routes.
Members may join in/leave along the route but please let someone know , so we don’t have to send out the search party.

Newcastle to Coleraine, Northern Ireland & August 17th 2025 Inishowen, Donegal, Ireland

London to Brighton Run 11th October 2025

Our Version of the London to Brighton Run. The event will start in North London and will stop for Lunch in Rochester. We will then carry on to our hotel in the Brighton area where we will overnight and have the Clubs season closing dinner.
The route will avoid all ULEZ and Congestion charging zones. Full route and accomodation details to follow shortly.
