Have we got something special for you for this years Custard Run Scottish Edition. The run will take us from the historic city of Stirling through spectacular scenery on route to our luxurious overnight stay via ferry to the Glenburn Hotel on the Isle of Bute.

Saturday 3^rd May 2025

We will depart Stirling Services on the M9/M80 Junction at 9am on Saturday 3^rd May 2025. This will give you the opportunity should you wish to stay in the Stirling area the night before (Friday 2^nd May 2025) What3Words reference: sensible.forehand.unwound

We will travel to Glenturret Distillery for our first stop, this is Scotland’s oldest distillery and now owned by Lalique. So not only can you sample Scotland’s finest malts you can admire and own the exquisite glassware they come in.

From here we will depart to Tyndrum for those wishing an early lunch there are 3 cafes/restaurants to choose from.

Departing Tyndrum we head to the historic town of Inverary for those wishing a late lunch, there are numerous cafes/restaurants to choose from but its claim to fame is its seafood. Or you can wander around the attractions there and find out more about this towns dark history.

From Inverary we head down to the Ferry Terminal at Colintraive for our short crossing to The Isle of Bute. On arrival on Bute it is a short 15 minute drive down to our overnight stay at The Glenburn Hotel and where we will host the Club’s 5th Annual dinner.
