For the 6th year we are organizing a Club Stand at Simply Mercedes Day, Beaulieu in the New Forest
Like last year a club stand will be booked, can we get more than the 60 cars last time
PLEASE ONLY PUT THE DRIVER AS GOING FOR THE CORRECT CARS ATTENDING . WE DO NOT NEED TO KNOW +1’s for this event
You must purchase a separate show ticket from the venue itself details of which are below
Early bird tickets are now on sale only until 28th February 2025 @£15 each .. please purchase from Beaulieu direct, when applying online please put SLK owners club in the box for clubs …
We will need final numbers by July 30th 2025
The meeting point is as follows :-
Morrisons Totton (SO40 8AD) . Meet from 08:45 stand passes to be handed out , you will need these to park on the Club stand . Leave 09:15 sharp in convoy to travel through the Forrest to Beaulieu
Simply Mercedes Day, Beaulieu’25
Anyone wanting to stay over afterwards, we will be arranging a special rate at a local hotel, if you are staying after the show the evening will feature the Club dinner.
As last year we have partnered with the delightful team at Botleigh Grange Hotel for overnight accommodation and the Club post show dinner.
You will need to call the hotel to book! 023 8251 6797 and tell them you are booking as part of the “SLK Owners Club”, this is really important!
Rates will be available closer to the time when we have negotiated them
As the hotel have been so accommodating it would be lovely to have as many people as possible join us.
