This is the Club’s signature event, National Meet and a fantastic day out for all the family, please do your best to attend.

 

For the 6th year we are organizing a Club Stand at Simply Mercedes Day, Beaulieu in the New Forest

 

I wonder how many cars we will have this year.

 

PLEASE ONLY PUT THE DRIVER AS GOING FOR THE CORRECT CARS ATTENDING. WE DO NOT NEED TO KNOW +1’s for this event

 

You must purchase a separate show ticket from the venue itself details of which are below:

 

tickets are £16:80 each, please purchase from Beaulieu direct, when applying online please put SLK owners club in the relevant box.

We will need final numbers by July 30th 2025

 

Could you also put yourself as going on the Facebook event page. IF, for any reason you can’t attend, please let one of the organisers know and mark yourself as ‘not going’.

 

The meeting point is as follows :-

 

Morrisons Totton (SO40 8AD) . Meet from 08:45 stand passes to be handed out , you will need these to park on the Club stand.

PLEASE NOTE: DON’T park around the edge as previously as we block the entrance when we all try to leave. You will be asked to move if you do.

Please collect your pass from Caz. You can’t miss her pink and purple hair. 

Leave 09:20 sharp, in convoy to travel through the Forest to Beaulieu for Simply Mercedes Day 2025.

If you are going straight to Beaulieu please find us under the gazebo to collect your card.

 

As last year we will hold a raffle. If anyone would like to donate a prize we would be grateful. Please see one of the Admin by the Gazebo. All proceeds will go to this year’s charity.

 

There will also be club merchandise for sale and we will have annual membership stickers if you haven’t already purchased one.

 

If you would like to, we will meet under the gazebo for lunch around 12:30 for a natter, bring your own picnic or there are plenty of vendors around should you choose. Bring chairs if you like.

 

We will then draw the raffle around 13:30.

 

A change for this year we will be holding a competition, voted  by you, for your favourite 170/171/172.  A trophy will be awarded for each class. So get your polishing cloths out. Results will be announced after the raffle.

 

Anyone wanting to stay over afterwards, we have arranged a special rate at a local hotel, if you are staying after the show the evening will feature the Club dinner. See the events page for further details.  Some of us are also staying the Saturday night.
