1. Membership 2023
Stickers to be made available by eBay from 1st April at previously agreed rate (£5 inc P&P)
Action: Caz/Bev to set up a Club eBay account ready for sales.
2. Clothing
New supplier, Logo That Polo now up and running some minor snagging issues but all now resolved.
Action: Ian to promote clothing on FB Group
3. Club Positions

Action: Those attending Custard run need to be reminded to register for South Wales car show if attending
6. Review of Meeting rules
Small meeting rules to be amended to “check with admin” rather than stipulate a drive time. If a proposed meeting clashes with a date already in the events calendar, Bev will monitor and liaise with any organizers to resolve issues that may arise. Hosts must acknowledge they have received rules, No shows will be excluded from future events for a time period to be decided.

7. Any other Business
All agreed it was a good idea to get the Southern Organisers a Gazebo and Flags of their own.
Action: Ian to contact Tracy for manufacturer of current event shelter and then Caz to purchase the same, Ian has ordered flags and awaiting delivery and invoicing. Pippen will logo walls as per existing one. Internal
