Events still causing issues, with no shows and disorganization, new rules to be agreed and put in place. Bev will take care of events in Tracy’s absence and we will approach Brian Hewitt to help police them and assist Bev where necessary but not be a full member of Admin.

Website launch slightly delayed due to a few tech issues, need to do a notification about launch of Facebook group when we are confident we can go live.

Request to publish on the website a list of Good and Bad dealers relating to the replacement of Subframes

Decision made to no longer sell membership stickers on eBay, member will just have to wait for other outlets, i.e. Website

Make more use of the welcome new members post, not only to welcome new members but to remind them to review the rules and the rules for events as well as any other specific details.
